Our caravans and campsite are nestled in unspoilt beautiful surroundings, so peace and tranquility are guaranteed. Our lovely, spacious and fully equipped caravans are for hire, all with double glazing and central heating to provide every comfort throughout the year.
We do not provide bedlinens or towels, these you need to bring with you - a little bit of home to add to your home away from home!

We offer non hook up pitches along with electrical 5 amp & 16 amp hook ups. Our new purpose built toilet and shower block has facilities to accommodate up to 13 people at any one time, along with wash up facilities, flush out and drinking water.
It is just a short walk from the caravan and camping pitches to the lakes and with acres of land and a variety of vast fishing lakes, each with its own challenges and beautiful views, Cobbleacre with its abundance of wildlife, is the idyllic spot for getting close to nature and re-charging the systems.

We have a six lake complex offering good fishing for anglers of all abilities and experiences. Adam's Lake, Alex's Lake, Amy's Lake, Gianna's Lake and finally Mario's lake. Five of our lakes have great fish to try for, Carp, Cat fish, Tench and Perch. Adams Fishing Lake at Cobbleacre is our runs water perfect for the carp angler.
Our Specimen lake is Mario’s Lake, challenging enough to test the most experienced specimen hunter but also the perfect lake for the beginner.
We also have an on-site bait shop and an resident expert Bailiff, Bob Anderson, BCAC finalist three years running(2012, 2013 & 2014),on hand to offer friendly and professional advice. The shop stocks a range of bait and equipment, as well as snacks and drinks.
