Our two lovely, recently refurbished and renovated cottages sit adjacent to the Simpson's Boatyard, right alongside the river with delightful river views. Stalham Staithe is very peaceful with lots of wildlife to watch as well as the boats navigating the waters.
Both cottages offer great accommodation for a perfect family holiday, with days spent fishing and exploring the river as well as visiting the amenities of Stalham which is just a couple of minutes walk.
The Lodge (Broadland Moon)
The Lodge, which sleeps 4 people, provides space accommodation with a first floor terrace offering great views of the river and as it is south facing, the living room and terrace/balcony enjoy warmth and light well into the evening.
Ground Floor: One twin and one double. Bathroom with bath and shower cubicles. Cloakroom/WC. Linen and duvets included.
First Floor: Spacious open plan sitting/dining room with kitchen area and doors to balcony. Kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer.
This lovely red brick cottage was once the Simpson family home and is available from November 2017, for luxury family holidays. sleeps at least 8 in 4 bedrooms. It is newly refurbished and ideal for 2 families or groups of friends.

It sits right on the side of Stalham Staithe and enjoys a garden, great for watching the sunset and enjoying the peace and tranquility that water brings.
Both cottages come with a rowing dinghy included and day launch hire is available at the yard, so dust off your Captain's hat and spend time enjoying the water.
