There is a wide entrance and hallway, two bedrooms and a bathroom with both a bath and a walk-in shower. It has a spacious, fitted kitchen and the open plan living area opens out into a pretty, sunny courtyard planted with old fashioned roses and shrubs.
The Stables Cottage has:
- 2 bedrooms: sleeps up to 5 people

- Bedroom 2 – one electric single bed and one standard single bed

The Gaffers Cottage can also be made disable friendly upon request by fitting a ramp.
The Gaffers Cottage
Has 5 Bedrooms and sleeps up to 13 people. It is a very popular cottage for celebrations and was originally the coachman’s cottage to Spixworth Hall. It has been fully modernised and furnished to a high standard over the years without losing the charm of exposed beams, wall ties and an open fire.
The well equipped kitchen and breakfast area has a range cooker and opens into a generous dining room. The living room opens onto a sunny patio. A ground floor bedroom and bathroom allow less mobile visitors to be included.
The large garden is bounded and divided by old walls and railings into three distinct areas with BBQ, lawns, courtyard and play areas. The walls support a profusion of roses in the summer and to the north and east. Woodland encourages a wide variety of wildlife.
