Delaware B&B is situated just 400 yards from Wroxham, the heart of the Norfolk Broads and only a 5 minute walk to the River Bure. Wroxham has gift shops, restaurants and a nice village pub. From Wroxham you can hire a boat and tour the Broads, go fishing or bird watching or just enjoy the tranquil settings of the Broads.

Accessed via a private entrance, each room includes a flat-screen TV, iron, wardrobe and tea and coffee facilities. Rooms have use of a private or shared bathroom with bath or shower, hairdryer and toiletries.

Freshly cooked breakfast is provided each morning at Delaware. There is also a buffet selection of cereals and fruit juice.
