Mill Bakery is a gorgeous flint barn, newly refurbished to a luxury standard with plenty of off road parking and easy access. There is a pretty enclosed garden to the rear of the property complete with patio, BBQ and garden furniture for alfresco dining.
There is a large double bedroom on the ground floor, next to this room is a wet room, with a double shower, basin and toilet suitable for visitors with restricted mobility as there are no steps, perfect to accommodate wheelchair access.
The sitting room has all the extras that make Mill Bakery special with WiFi, a large flat screen TV with Free view, DVD player, Ipod Docking Station and radio.
Although the house has full central heating there is a wood burning stove for that extra warmth and snugness in the winter. If you are a sun lover, the conservatory is a lovely place to sit and the patio provides a great sun trap too.
The Kitchen/Dining Room is very well equipped with a Dishwasher, microwave, large Fridge/Freezer, washing machine and dryer. The country-style dining area comfortably seats 8 people, is fully equipped for all occasions.
Upstairs offers a lovely double bedroom ensuite shower and toilet with a king size bed, another family bedroom with double link beds and a small single bed, and there is another twin room and a family bathroom.
Dogs are very welcome and the large garden has two main areas, the end nearest the house has been made secure for dogs. There is access to a small stream, so please keep the gate secured if children and dogs are with you.
We do ask that dogs remain downstairs at all times and although there is an outdoor kennel with run for a maximum of 2 dogs please do not leave dogs alone or overnight in the kennel if they are not used to it.
Most beaches and pubs are dog friendly and there are lots of lovely walks right outside the front door including the common land opposite the cottage (next to the school) which is an ideal place to walk dogs. We would be very grateful if you please do clear up after your dog both in the garden and when you take them out
